DISCLAIMER & TERMS OF SERVICE

By engaging with The Goodman Factor's services, including but not limited to coaching sessions, consultations, communications, program materials, and any related content, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:


1. NATURE OF SERVICES

The services provided by Dr. Larry Goodman and The Goodman Factor are for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical, mental, or emotional health condition, nor are they a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
Dr. Goodman is a practicing chiropractor and certified NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) practitioner. However, the coaching and consulting services offered are not medical treatment. You are solely responsible for your health and well-being and should consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making any health-related decisions.

2. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

While Dr. Goodman brings decades of experience and expertise to his work, individual results vary. Success depends on numerous factors including but not limited to your commitment, personal circumstances, and willingness to engage in the process. The Goodman Factor makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific outcomes, improvements, or transformations.
Testimonials and case studies shared are individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results for all clients.

3. INVESTMENT & PRICING

Service fees and investment amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis during initial consultations. Final pricing is confirmed verbally or in writing prior to engagement. Payment terms, refund policies, and cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement.
By proceeding with services, you acknowledge that you have discussed and agreed to the investment required.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge that participating in coaching, NET sessions, or any related program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to emotional discomfort, confronting difficult patterns, and making significant life changes. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any outcomes, whether positive or negative, that result from your participation.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration for receiving services from The Goodman Factor, you hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Dr. Larry Goodman, The Goodman Factor, and any owners, partners, employees, representatives, associates, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns (hereinafter "RELEASEES") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, judgments, costs, expenses, court costs, attorney fees, and causes of action arising out of or related to:
 

  • Any loss, damage, or injury (including emotional distress or psychological impact) sustained by you

  • Any decisions or actions you take as a result of participating in services

  • Any outcomes or lack thereof from coaching, NET, or related programs


This release applies WHETHER CAUSED BY THE SOLE, CONTRIBUTORY, OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage, demands, liens, judgments, or costs (including attorney fees) that they may incur due to your participation in services, whether caused by or contributed to by any action, inaction, negligence, breach, or other conduct on the part of RELEASEES or otherwise.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Dr. Goodman respects your privacy. Information shared during sessions is held in confidence, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm. By engaging in services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program materials, communications, videos, documents, and content provided by The Goodman Factor are the intellectual property of Dr. Larry Goodman and The Goodman Factor. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without express written permission.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or your participation in services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & CONSENT

By engaging with The Goodman Factor's services—including booking a consultation, attending sessions, or accessing program materials—you acknowledge that:
 

  • You have read and understood this Disclaimer & Terms of Service

  • You agree to all terms herein voluntarily and of your own free will

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement

  • No oral representations or promises outside of this written agreement have been made

  • You assume full responsibility for your participation and any outcomes
